Regional Competitor

8 – 18 years old regional competitors : $185 monthly recurring

A regional competitor is expected to compete in regional competitions and to qualify for the Summer Nationals through regional points.

Regional competitive fencers must sign up for TFA’s annual membership and represent TFA as their primary club affiliation at the USFA. This programs emphasis is to create regional level competitors in epee and saber. Fencers will have an active training plan and know which tournaments they are training and peaking for throughout the year.  These fencers are serious about their sport and will plan on meeting at least 3 times per week, balancing school and tournaments!

Regional competitions are in Austin, Dallas and Houston.

Regional Fencing

• Monday : 6:00 pm- 8:00 pm
• Tuesday: 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm (Epee/Saber)
• Wednesday: 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm (Saber)
• Thursday: 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm (Epee)
• Saturday : 10:30 pm – 12:00 pm

Equipment

Competitive fencers should have their own equipment. 

At tournaments they should wear the TFA jacket. 

Saturday: 10:30am-12:30pm
Monday: 6-8pm
Tuesday: 6-8pm
Wednesday: 6-8pm
Thursday: 6-8pm
