Competitive National

8-18 years old national competitors : $185 monthly recurring

Competitive national fencers are expected to fence at the Summer Nationals and, for the Cadet and Junior fencers, to participate also in the Junior Olympics. They must travel to regional and national tournaments in order to qualify and acquire experience.

Competitive classes are held 5 times a week. National competitive fencers should participate to at least 4 classes a week.

Lessons plans are available and fencers register for one to 4 lessons per week. This plan is for the whole season.

National competitive fencers must sign up for TFA’s annual membership and represent TFA as their primary club affiliation at USFA. This program creates national-level competitors in epee and saber. Fencers have an active training plan know which tournaments they are training for and peaking for throughout the year. These fencers are serious about their sport and should plan on meeting at least 4 time per week, balancing school and tournaments!
